Privacy

The account stores your name, email, organization, role, and password hash. A matter stores the wallet, chain, optional transaction, phones, emails, site, handles, headers you pasted, cost basis and tax residency you entered, the description you wrote, the issued price, payment status, and the report.

A unique lure URL is created with each matter. Anyone who opens it leaves a record of IP address, approximate network location, timezone, referrer, and browser string. We keep that with the file so it can go in the report. We do not collect seed phrases or passwords from that page. We discard anything typed into a password field.

We use that to price the work, write the file, and show it back to the same account. We do not sell the list. Card charges run through Stripe Checkout. TUCE does not receive or store the card number.

Agency matters stay on the agency account. Write to admin@tuce.app to ask for a copy or deletion of an account that has no open paid matter.
